Please choose carefully before making a purchase and read our terms and conditions regarding our returns policy.
Returns
- You have up to 10 days to exchange and item in an unused/unworn state with original tags, receipt and packaging. We have the right to refuse if these terms weren’t followed.
- No exchanges on dummies.
- We do not accept change of mind purchases. No returns/exchanges/refunds on sale and or reduced items. If you wish to exchange you may exchange with a product of the same value. If you can’t find an item you wish to exchange, we can put the value under store credit.
Damage
- If you have received an item which you believe is faulty we require you to email photos to vintagecurlsandtwirls@gmail.com so we can arrange a replacement. The item may need to be posted back to us in order for us to inspect the damaged item.
- Any order that is damaged in transit via Australia Post must be lodged by you at the local post office. If an item has been damaged in transit it will not be replaced or refunded until a claim has been lodged and approved by Australia Post.
- Any postage or return postage paid by you will not be refunded unless the product is deemed faulty. Only standard post will be covered by use on return of faulty items.
- We will not tolerate abusive emails regarding damaged goods. We do not know what happens whilst in transit and find out at the same time as you. Please be kind.
All exchanges will be at your own expenses meaning you are to include a return prepaid postal satchel for us to send you your exchange item in- Please see your invoice included in your parcel for instructions and please include this sheet in your return.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of an item if we believe it not to be in the original condition or received within the 10 days.
Postage is not credited only the value of the garments purchased.

Sale Items:
Please choose carefully as we do not provide a refund, exchange or credit note if you change your mind or its not the right fit.
We do not provide promotional gifts on sale items.
Faulty Items:
In the unlikely case of receiving a faulty item that does not meet your expectation, the item must be returned within a reasonable time frame. The item will be sent to our Management where they will assess each item and will either repair, replace or provide a credit note and in some instances a refund. This process will be completed within a reasonable time frame in accordance with Fair Trading policies.
Credit Notes:
Credit notes have a 6 month expiration.
Washing Instruction:
Our garments are delicate items, some which have been hand embellished: we highly recommend ALL items to be treated with care and hand washed separately in cold water with mild laundry detergent. Do not soak garments. Do not put in the tumble dryer. Do not put in the washing machine.
Shipping your Order:
We use Australia Post Delivery Service. International orders are shipped using Australia Post.
All orders will be charged a flat rate of $10 regardless on how many items you have purchased (Australia Only). International orders will be charged a flat rate of $20.00.
Allow up to 10 business days for your garments to arrive after the item is dispatched (depending on where you live in Australia). Please track your item on www.austpost.com.au/track/ International orders may take longer depending on where you are located.
If you cannot locate your package, please email vintagecurlsandtwirls@gmail.com with your order number and name so we can track the item for you.
